World champion Tejaswini Sawant, who is currently training under her personal coach Kuheli Ganguly, is yet to join the Indian shooting squad for the Commonwealth Games but is expected to report at the Games Village in a day or two.
Tejaswini, first Indian woman to win a world championship, is in town, but staying in a hotel, as her personal coach is not entitled to stay in the Village.
"She is with Kuheli (her personal coach) but will join the contingent in a day or two. She has been training with her coach,"said national coach Sunny Thomas.
Tejaswini will participate in her favourite event-the 50m prone and 3 position-during the October 3 to 14 event.
Samresh Jung, who has just recovered from a bout of viral fever, is also to also likely to join the contingent very soon.
The Indian shooters, who reached the Village in the wee hours today after being made to wait for over five hours to get their accomodation, had a session at the Karni Singh Ranges from 1.30pm
